Jesabel D. Aguilar is a Philippine-based lawyer with an active practice in civil and criminal law litigation. Before her admission to the Bar, she gained valuable legal and administrative experience as a Legal Staff at Domogan, Chan, and Mabalot Law Offices, a General Virtual Assistant with REAssist Virtual Assistance Services and SPACE OVA OPC for Australian Clients, and a remote Legal Assistant for IRB Law LLP based in Singapore.
Experience
Since beginning active litigation practice in May 2023, she has represented individuals, businesses, cooperatives, and corporations in a wide range of legal matters. She has developed a particular interest in Intellectual Property Law, combining litigation practice with academic research and international engagement. She has presented at the IPIRA Conference in various Asian Countries since 2024.
In addition to managing her own law practice, she serves as a Litigation Assistant with Ford Banister LLC, where she supports the firm in U.S. intellectual property litigation. Her work includes legal research, case management, litigation support, document drafting, docket monitoring, and coordination of intellectual property enforcement matters.
Personal Touch
Outside the legal profession, Jesabel enjoys singing and performing at acoustic jam sessions. She also enjoys spending time with her cats and dogs, which helps her maintain balance and creativity alongside her legal career.
